Good news: Burke has remained Burke, only better. The new owner's development inspiration comes from understanding and honoring the balance that makes Burke special. All told, the company plans to invest significantly, and about $10 million have been invested as of fall 2009. The goal: retain Burke's natural beauty and charm while adding welcome improvements that everyone loves. Call it the best of both worlds.
